• 1 ½ kg chicken thigh fillet, cut into large cubes
• 1 COOK at HOME cooking sauce for Lemon Roast Chicken
• 2 green bell peppers, cut into large cubes for skewering
• 2 red bell peppers, cut into large cubes for skewering
• 10-12 skewers
1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
2. Thread the chicken pieces alternately with the bell peppers onto skewers.
3. Pour the entire COOK at HOME cooking sauce over the skewers and spread it everywhere to cover them.
4. Bake the skewers for 45 minutes, until the chicken is cooked and turns golden brown, turning them regularly.
Serving suggestion
Serve the chicken on a plate and accompany it with fried potatoes.
