1. Preheat oven to 180° C.
2. In a roasting pan, place 1 whole chicken cut into pieces.
3. Pour over the cooking sauce and mix it well.
4. Roast until the chicken is cooked through well (about 45’). If you want to roast the chicken with potatoes, pour over the cooking sauce and mix it well, so it covers both the chicken and the potatoes.
Tip: For even crispier crust, sprinkle over the chicken grated pistachios while cooking, and kefalotyri cheese the last 20 minutes of baking.
