• 4 big chicken thighs
• 1 COOK at HOME cooking sauce for Chicken Casserole in tomato sauce
• 40ml olive oil (about 2 ½ tablespoons)
• 700g okra
• 500ml water (about 1 ½ cup)
• Salt-pepper
• 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
1. Slash the chicken thighs with a knife and season with salt and pepper.
2. In a pot, sauté the chicken thighs in olive oil, over high heat, until lightly browned.
3. Add the entire COOK at HOME cooking sauce, about 1 ½ cup of water (500ml) and stir well.
4. Cover the pot and simmer over medium heat, for about 30 minutes.
5. Add the okra, and cook over low heat for another 30 minutes.
Serving suggestion
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
