• 1 chicken, approximately 1 ½ kg, cut into 6-8 portions
• 1 COOK at HOME cooking sauce for BBQ Roast Chicken
• 1 kg potatoes
• 3 carrots

1. Clean the potatoes and carrots, and cut them into cubes.
2. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
3. Spread the potatoes and carrots in a baking dish or casserole and lightly season with salt and pepper.
4. Place the chicken on top of the vegetables.
5. Pour the entire COOK at HOME cooking sauce over the chicken and spread it well to cover both the chicken and the vegetables.
6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the meat is cooked, and the vegetables and potatoes are mashed.
