Ingredients​

For the patties

• 1kg mixed minced meat (70% beef, 30% pork)

• 130g COOK at HOME mix for fluffy patties

• 180ml water (¾ cup)

• 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the warm potato salad

• 1kg potatoes

• 1 tablespoon mustard

• 50g strained yogurt

• 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley

• 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh onion

• 50ml mayonnaise

• 40g sun-dried tomatoes

• 1 tablespoon capers

• 1 tablespoon pickled cucumber

• Salt-pepper

Method

For the patties

1. In a bowl, place 130g of COOK at HOME mix, ¾ cup of water (180ml), 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and mix well.

2. Add the minced meat and knead well.

3. Shape the patties to the desired size and cook them as usual.

For the warm potato salad

Blend the sun-dried tomato, pickled cucumber, and capers in a blender and mix with mayonnaise. Place the boiled potatoes in cubes while they are still warm in a bowl and add sequentially the herbs, sun-dried tomato mayonnaise, mustard, yogurt. If needed, adjust salt and pepper, and mix gently.

Serving suggestion

Serve 2-3 patties and a generous portion of warm potato salad in each serving.

Tip: To make the burgers even juicier, replace 1/3 of the water with freshly grated tomato.
