Let's cook

1. In a large pot, heat some olive oil & sauté 1 whole chicken (about 1 kilo), cut into pieces, until well browned (about 5 minutes).
2. Add the cooking sauce, 1 cup of water (300ml) and stir well. Bring to a boil.
3. Cover the pot and simmer until the chicken is cooked through (about 45’). During cooking, check if any additional water is needed.

Tip: To give spicy flavour to your dish, you can add some chili flakes while cooking.
