1. In a large skillet or pan, heat some olive oil over high heat & sauté 500g chicken in cubes of about 3cm, until lightly browned (about 5 minutes).
2. Add the cooking sauce, 1/2 cup of water and stir well.
3. Lower the heat and simmer for about 5-7 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through well. Serve over rice or pasta.
