Let’s cook

1. In a large pot, heat some olive oil & sauté 1kg of stewing beef (feather blade or brisket) cut into medium chunks, until well browned.
2. Add the cooking sauce, 2 cups of water (500ml) and stir well. Bring to a boil.
3. Cover and simmer until beef is tender (about 2 hours).
4. Serve over some freshly cooked pasta, mashed potatoes or rice and enjoy!
During cooking, check if any additional water is needed.

Tip: ideal beef pieces for casserole: blade, shoulder, and chuck
