Ingredients​

For the patties

• 1kg minced beef

• 130g COOK at HOME mix for Fluffy Patties

• 180ml water (about ¾ cup)

• 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Roquefort sauce

• 100g Roquefort cheese

• 1 small package of cream (100g)

• 100g coarsely chopped walnuts

Method

For the patties

1. In a bowl, place 130g of COOK at HOME mix, ¾ cup of water (180ml), 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and mix well.

2. Add the minced meat and knead thoroughly.

3. Shape the patties to the desired size and cook them as usual.

For the Roquefort sauce

In a small saucepan, heat the cream, add crumbled Roquefort cheese, stir, and as soon as it comes to a boil, remove from heat.

Serving suggestion

Serve the patties individually or on a platter, pour the Roquefort sauce over them, and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.

Serve with a refreshing salad.
