• 500g shrimp
• 1 COOK at HOME 10’ cooking sauce for Shrimp
• 50ml olive oil (approximately 3 tablespoons)
• 3 green onions, finely sliced into rounds
• Fresh basil for garnish
• Salt
• 1 package of linguine
1. Boil the linguine in plenty of salted water for 2 minutes less than the time indicated on the package.
2. Season the shrimp. In a deep pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the shrimp on both sides.
3. Add the chopped onions and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
4. Pour the entire COOK at HOME cooking sauce, and simmer for 5 minutes until the dish is cooked, and the sauce thickens.
5. Add the linguine to the shrimp and gently mix to coat the pasta with the sauce.
Serving suggestion
Serve the shrimp linguine on a plate or in portions and decorate with fresh basil leaves.
