just add chicken
1. In a large pot, heat some olive oil & sauté 1 whole chicken (about 1 kilo), cut into pieces, until well browned (about 5 minutes).
2. Add the cooking sauce, ½ cup of water (150ml) and stir well. Bring to a boil.
3. Cover the pot and simmer until the chicken is cooked through (about 45’).
4. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes and enjoy!
During cooking, check if any additional water is needed.
Tip: For an exotic flavour, add freshly grated ginger while cooking and serve with aromatic rice.
