• 1 chicken, cut into portions
• 1 COOK at HOME cooking sauce for Lemon Roast Chicken
• 6 colorful bell peppers, coarsely chopped
• 1 bunch fresh spring onion, sliced
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Place the chicken in a baking dish, pour the entire COOK at HOME sauce over it, and spread it well to cover the chicken.
3. Bake for about 1 hour, until the chicken is cooked.
4. 30 minutes before turning off the oven, add the vegetables to the baking dish, mix them with the sauce, and continue baking.
Serving suggestion
Serve the chicken with the bell peppers on a plate and accompany it with rice.
